Eligibility
Eligibility
Learners of all categories; junior primary, senior primary, junior secondary, senior secondary, A-Levels, Leaving Certicate candidates, Teachers, Professionals, and all those seeking to bridge their educational or learning gaps.

Services
Services
i. Students or their guardians can enroll in tutoring programs through our platform.
ii. Tutoring sessions are structured as follows:
• Primary School Students: Three (3) hours of lessons weekly, divided into three (3) days sessions of one (1) hour each.
• Secondary School Students: Three (3) hours of lessons weekly, divided into two (2) days sessions of one hour and thirty minutes (1h 30m) each.
iii. Lessons are conducted live and online at the agreed time each week.
iv. Make-up lessons may only be granted in exceptional cases with prior notice and approval from our support team.
v. Missed classes without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Payment & Billing

i. All payments are made monthly in advance before tutoring sessions begin.
ii. Payments cover a full month of scheduled lessons based on the selected class level.
iii. Failure to complete payment may result in halting of classes.
iv. All payments must be made through the platform’s approved payment channels (Whatsapp).

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
i. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as verified technical issues or emergencies.
ii. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our support team within seven (7) days of the issue.
iii. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
iv. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late attendance, or partial participation once lessons have started.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Any request for schedule changes must be submitted at least 2 hours in advance and is subject to tutor and timetable availability.

To maintain a respectful and productive learning environment, all users must:
i. Treat tutors and other learners with respect.
ii. Avoid disruptive behavior, offensive language, or harassment of any kind.
Violation of this code may attract appropriate consequences as deemed fit by the Organisation and extant laws and regulations
Technical Requirement

Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to attend live lessons. Educonnect EIS is not responsible for missed lessons due to personal technical failures.

Users are required to comply strictly with cooperate privacy conditions. No user is allowed to share lessons links with any other user without express permission of Educonnect EIS. Violation of this policy will attract severe consequences.

i. Any learning outcomes or academic results from schools or other channels of learning.
ii.Technical interruptions or loss of connection during lessons..
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the month in which the liability emerged.

We reserve the right to discontinue your enrolment at any time by notifying our support team if you violate these Terms. Learners who wish to terminate their enrollment are required to provide a minimum of one month notice in lieu of termination.
